Do you offer exclusive or limited-edition drops?
Yes, we do! Exclusive or limited-edition pairs are available by request. Simply reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to assist you. 

Sizing and Fit 

How do I know my shoe size?
We provide a detailed shoe size chart to help you find the perfect fit. If you’re unsure, our team is always happy to guide you in choosing the right size.

Orders and Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a wide range of payment options for your convenience, including cash, credit and debit cards, QRPH, and bank transfers.

Can I reserve a pair before buying?
Yes! You can reserve your chosen pair for up to 24 hours. Simply send us a message through our official Facebook or Instagram pages, and we’ll be happy to hold it for you.

Can I cancel my order after confirmation?
Once an order has been confirmed, cancellations are not allowed. However, you may exchange your order for a different pair of equal or higher value.

How can I track my order?
You may track your order through our website under the ‘Track My Order’ tab. Otherwise, our Customer Service team will be happy to assist you with tracking your order and providing updates until it reaches you. 

Do you offer gift cards?
Not just yet—but we’re working on it! Stay tuned for the launch of Sunika’s gift cards, coming soon.

Shipping and Delivery 

Do you deliver nationwide or internationally?
Yes, we deliver nationwide through trusted couriers such as LBC, JRS, Lalamove, and others.

How long does shipping take?
For LBC, deliveries typically take five (5) business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen courier.

How much is the shipping fee?
Shipping fees vary depending on your location and preferred courier. Our team will confirm the exact amount upon checkout.

Do you offer same-day or express delivery?
Yes! We offer same-day or express delivery within Metro Manila for your convenience.

What’s your shipping schedule?
Our shipping schedule runs from Monday to Friday, between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Orders placed outside these hours will be processed on the next business day.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 24-hour return and exchange policy upon receiving your pair. While we don’t provide refunds, you may exchange your pair within this period. If the return is due to a client error (such as wrong size or change of mind), the client will shoulder the shipping fees both ways.

Can I return shoes if they don’t fit?
Yes, absolutely! If the size isn’t right, you can exchange them for a pair that fits you better.

How long does it take to process a refund?
We do not issue refunds, but the amount can be credited for in-store use on items of the same or higher value.

Are sale items eligible for return?
All promo and sale items are final—these are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
